• Black Or White has moved from Tier 4 to Tier 6
• Four movies have moved up from Tier 3 to Tier 2
• Jurassic City, Dear God, Jailbait, All About The Afterglow, The Big Ask, Next Gen, Love Hard and She's Missing were all placed in Tier 9, following their assessments
